Hand Wash

Most scratches and swirl marks found on vehicles are from washing, drying, and automated car washes. While micro scratches are inevitable, here at Medeiros Auto Detailing we take every precaution to avoid those scratches. We rinse all vehicles with a power washer to remove any loose dirt and grime, including inside wheel wells. Tires are sprayed with professional strength degreaser and scrubbed clean. Rims are sprayed with chemicals specifically formulated to remove brake dust. A foam cannon covers the vehicle in a thick soapy lather and a two bucket wash method is used to prevent scratches to the paint and the entire vehicle is hand washed. To finish off the process, the windows and mirrors are cleaned and tires shine is applied.

Wash and Wax

The Wash and Wax Package offers everything in the hand wash such as power washing to remove any loose dirt and the use of a foam Cannon to apply a thick soapy lather. A two bucket wash method is used to prevent scratches to the paint and the entire vehicle is hand washed. The vehicle is then waxed with a quality wax to protect the paint and enhance the shine. ​Waxing your vehicle should be done every 3-4 months to keep your paint protected. Dirt, bird dropping, bug splatter, and water spots can damage paint if left unattended for prolonged periods of time. Wax provides a sacrificial layer of protection to help prevent this damage.
Wash, Polish, and Wax

Our entry level polish is a great way to revitalize dull paint and restore shine. The vehicle is carefully washed the same way as our hand wash. The vehicle is then dried to prepare the surface for the polish. A professional grade polish is applied will the use of specialized DA (dual action) polishers. Next a wax is applied by hand to achieve a mirror like finish and add a extra layer of protection.

Engine Bay Detail

Since rubber and plastic is prone to dry and crack over time, this provides the protection it needs. We thoroughly clean the entire engine compartment and restore it to its former glory. Engine bay detailing keeps your engine bay looking like new, which can help keep the resale value of your vehicle high.
At Medeiros Auto Detailing we vacuum, degrease, and use compressed air to clean and detail the plastic, rubber, and metal under the hood. We cover sensitive electrical components and prespray the engine compartment and under the hood with a engine degreaser. The degreaser is agitated to loosen dirt then its gently flushed away. After the cleaning and degreasing is done we dry and apply a specialized protective spray to the plastic and rubber. This will help keep any harsh chemicals from sticking until the next time you get a engine detail.
